Avira and Linux Kommunale take action together against malware in the administration

Tettnang, 17 April 2008 – declaration of membership: the Linux Kommunale initiative is expanding its partner network with the world’s leading provider of security solutions, Avira. The German IT security expert, with more than 50 million customers and more than twenty years of experience, is one of the pioneers in the field of virus protection. The company head quartered in Tettnang is intensifying its activities in public administration under the auspices of the Linux Kommunale, the initiative for more open source in the public sector.
