How can I receive a refund for my Avira order?

A refund can be requested only in the first 30 days after the product was purchased in the Avira online shop.

The refund for any Avira consumer product is carried out by our billing partner cleverbridge. Make sure to have the cleverbridge order/reference number at hand when contacting cleverbridge Customer Support.


The refund of an Avira product purchased from a retailer must be made through the retailer.
