What is the Auerbach Foundation?

The Auerbach Foundation was set up in April 2005 by Tjark Auerbach. He is an associate partner in the Avira company. The Auerbach Foundation supports projects in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The main focus is set on Education, as well as Children, Youth & Family Welfare.

From the sale of every product for private users bought in the Avira online shop 5,00 € go straight into the Auerbach Foundation. The disclosed amount of 5,00 € for the Auerbach Foundation is a pure formality. Avira omitted voluntarily to 5,00 € from the proceeds.

This amount is a contribution to the Auerbach Foundation. This funding is clearly defined within the buying process in the Avira online shop and reported as such.

The Auerbach Foundation is not a corporate foundation of Avira. It is connected only through a grant agreement with Avira. For more information, please visit the Auerbach Foundation.
