As a Senior Support specialist within our support team you are concerned with keeping our servers, internal applications and managed services up- and running

For this job you are an independent person that can oversee the consequences of your decisions in security, support and customer-experience. You are able to gather your own input from the different departments and determine priorities.

Job characteristics

Skills we are searching for in you:

  • Linux (Ubuntu/Gentoo/RedHat), Apache/NGiNX/haProxy, Windows
  • Postfix, Dovecot, mailprotocol, PowerDNS

It’s a preference if you also have experience with one or more of the following languages: PHP, MySQL, Perl, Python.

Main task:

Support our internal and external clients with complex questions, you’re talking to experts most of the time.
