Customer Services Engineer (Japanese Speaking) – Kuala Lumpur

Job Description:

  • Responsible for providing technical consulting and support to our customers by email, phone and remote access
  • Candidate must have technical expertise and empathy to solve demanding support inquiries.
  • Preferably a considerate contact person who puts your heart and soul in questions and knows how to provide thorough and competent support.
  • In order to ensure that you are equipped with the necessary knowledge to assure effective support for our customer, intensive job training will be provided
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements (Skills and Knowledge):

  • Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
  • Successfully completed apprenticeship in the IT security area or a comparable training with good analytical skills.
  • Experience in handling customers by email, on the phone and remote access is an added advantage
  • Possess good knowledge in Microsoft Windows operating systems or Linux systems.
  • Ability to work independently and communication power.
  • Team player, flexible and ability to work under pressure.
  • Skill in dealing with a helpdesk system is an advantage
  • 2 Full-Time positions available
  • Applicant MUST be fluent in both Spoken and Written in Japanese and English
