How will the expert fix my problem?
After finding an expert for your issue, you can get in contact with him via chat. Just click the Chat now button and a new chat window will appear. We suggest to enter also your email address, just in case the internet connection gets lost. When you share your email address with your selected expert he can get in contact with you again via email.
When you start the chat session you can explain to the expert your problems in detail. If required, the expert will remotely login to your computer and analyze the issue. Therefore the expert generates a unique remote session URL through a web API called “LogMeIn Rescue”. The user receives the link in his/her chat window as a chat message and has to click on the link to start the remote desktop session, which connects to the internet to download a small program. After the program is successfully installed, no additional authentication is required to start the remote session.
As soon as the expert analyzed the problem, he provides a quotation to you through the chat window. Now you can decide to avail the service of the expert and make a payment using the link provided by the expert.
