Product Development at the Highest Stage

Tettnang, 20 May 2005 – Stefan Schiffert is the new Technical Director of H+BEDV Datentechnik GmbH. In this position, he is in charge of the product development and product rollout as well as for technical support. The main strategic targets of Mr. Stefan Schiffert constitute the consolidation of the solution competence in the area of company security.

H+BEDV Datentechnik is specialized in cross-system business security solutions. The security expert has been providing companies with reliable protection against virus attacks for many years now with its security solutions. The new Technical Director’s target is to make the AntiVir Business Solutions competitive to the growing demands of the market: “My duties so far consist of the creation of a organization structure catered to the market and to the customer demands. This does mainly include the introduction of a structured cross-company software development process, in order to optimize the release planning.“

Within this framework he can resort to a long-year expertise in the area of software development. Immediately after graduating in computer science he set on his career in 1987 as software developer. The last 13 years Mr. Schiffert held management positions in the area of software development, quality assurance and support. Mr. Schiffert was employed as Director of Software Development at Grau Datastorage AG, a provider of storage solutions, before joining AntiVir Business Solutions.
