Description:
Internet Explorer is a hub of the Windows operating system. It views web pages, starts scripts and HTML Applications and views the help files. Internet Explorer is able to parse Help URLs and allows attackers to use Exploits to create malicious URLs causing the browser to execute a program. This generic rule detects these URLs.
