Is there any difference between the virus detection of Avira AntiVir Personal - FREE Antivirus and Avira AntiVir Premium?

Answer

Avira AntiVir Personal is available free of charge, for private users, so it is available only for private, non-commercial use. Unlike Avira AntiVir Premium, it does not contain email protection (MailGuard) nor Internet protection (WebGuard).
