Avira FAQ Details

Avira Support will send you the account details you need, in order to load files via ftp server.
Then you can access the server via Windows Explorer and upload your files.

Here is how you can do this:

1. Open Windows Explorer.
2. Type the ftp-address in the address bar. Example:
   ftp://<username>@support.ftp.avira.com
3. You are asked to insert the password. Please type in the password you received from our Support.
4. Once connected to the ftp server, you can easily move to this folder the files you want to send us.
