- Click on the marked area, under Avira Product Support.
- Under Avira Premium Products and Mobile, press the button request phone number.
- The Hotline number is displayed, after you enter the email address you use in our online shop (Email), the serial number of your Avira product (License) or the 25-digit license activation code (OTC).
- To find your serial number for Avira Premium or Avira Premium Security Suite, start your Avira product and go to Help - About ... - License information.
To request the Hotline number by using the License field, type the first 10 digits (before the first hyphen) of the serial number.
- You can find your 25-digit activation code (OTC) in the invoice email from Cleverbridge, which you used to activate your Avira product.
