This means, that the license file hbedv.key could not be saved.
Please insert your license again, as described below:
- Checking the temporary folder
- Open Windows Explorer.
- Type in the address bar: %tmp%
- Check if the folder \AVSETUP_XXX\ exists and search for the license file hbedv.key
- Right-click the file and select Copy.
- Right-click somewhere on the Desktop and select Paste.
- Start AntiVir and go to Help - Licensemanagement/ Load license file.
- Select the option I already have a valid hbedv.key License file and provide your license file.

- Reactivating or reinserting the license
If the temporary folder with the license file is no longer available, reactivate your OTC or Activation Code, or reinsert the license file if you have saved it in another place:
- Start AntiVir and go to Help - Licensemanagement.
- Type the OTC or select the option I already have a valid hbedv.key License file and provide your saved license file.
- Checking in the program
After reactivating your license, as described in step 1 or 2, start AntiVir and check if it displays the correct data under Your license is valid until...
