AV9: Why can't I see the minimized update process in the upper-right corner of the screen anymore?

Answer

With the upgrade to version 9, we decided to offer two more update modi in the AntiVir GUI:

Prior minimized update jobs will be carried out invisibly, with a report.

Although you do not see the update process, you still receive a slide-up report after each update task. See also the FAQ article AV9: Why does AV9 display a slide-up after update?
