 Files It copies itself to the following location:
   • %SYSDIR%\v3avast.exe



It deletes the initially executed copy of itself.




It tries to download some files:

– The location is the following:
   • www.baidutrg.**********/1hg/ah1.rar
It is saved on the local hard drive under: %SYSDIR%\v3avie0.dll Further investigation pointed out that this file is malware, too.

– The location is the following:
   • www.baidumls.**********/1hg/ah.rar
It is saved on the local hard drive under: %SYSDIR%\v3avmn0.dll Further investigation pointed out that this file is malware, too.

 Registry One of the following values is added in order to run the process after reboot:

–  [HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]
   • "V3_reg"="%SYSDIR%\v3avast.exe"

–  [HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]
   • "DNA_reg"="%SYSDIR%\dnav3.exe"
