Using different zones with different security settings is a central security feature of modern browsers. Data originating from the local computer can have more rights than untrusted web pages. One goal of malware is to either set new zone rights or change a zone to have more privileges. These tricks cause the HTML Heuristics to alert it as HTML/Zones.Gen.
