Apply the latest patch for Avira Free Mac Security before upgrading to Apple OS 10.8 "Mountain Lion"
With the latest Apple operation system version 10.8 "Mountain Lion", there will be changes to the system folders that will affect Avira Free Mac Security if our latest patch has not been applied before via a product update.
To do this, you need to start Avira Free Mac Security by clicking on the umbrella icon on the dashboard. Within the Avira Control Center, click on Update and enable the radio button "All-in-one update" which will include product updates. Then, click on Update Now. The patch will be downloaded and installed.
Once the update is complete, you can upgrade to the Apple OS 10.8 "Mountain Lion".
