If you want to install the toolbar later, you can achieve this via a change installation.

Procedure for a change installation:

1. Windows 7
   Start → Control Panel → Uninstall a program
   
   Windows XP
   Start → Settings → Control Panel → Add or Remove Programs


2. Select your Avira product and then click on Change
   
   
    
3. Select Modify within the Setup Maintenance program and click on Next
   
   
    
4. In the next window, accept the terms of the license agreement to install Web Protection with the Avira SearchFree Toolbar.
   Optionally, you can also accept Ask.com as your default search provider. Click on Next
   
    
    
5. In the window "Install Components", all install options for components should be enabled, especially "Web Protection". Click on Next again.
   
   

After the successful installation, the configuration wizard will open the Web Protection component.
Here you can confirm the preselected options with Next or adjust them individually.

Close the configuration wizard by clicking on Finish.
