How can I request the support phone number for Avira Premium products?

The users of Avira AntiVir Premium, Avira Premium Security Suite, Avira Antivirus Premium and Avira Internet Security benefit from a Support Hotline at a reduced cost. The number is given on our website, in the Support section.

  1. Click on the link Get Support in the box For Home.

  2. Under Support for Avira Paid Products press the button Get Premium Support

  3. The hotline number will be displayed once you have entered the email address you used in our online shop and filled out all the other necessary fields.

  4. To find your serial number for Avira Antivirus Premium or Avira Internet Security, start your Avira product and go to Help → About ... → License information.
