How can I request the support phone number for Avira Premium products?

As a purchaser of an Avira Premium product you are eligible for support from Avira’s Support Technicians, both via telephone or email. A phone number can be requested via the Support section of the Avira website.

  1. Once in the Avira Support section, please scroll to the lower right area of the website and click Get in touch

  2. Then select the product category “FOR HOME”, check if your purchased product is within this category by moving the mouse over the area “View list of eligible product” and click afterwards on Contact us here

  3. Enter in the provided form the email address you have used by purchasing the product, select your country, insert the displayed security code and click Phone Support

  4. The following window will display a complete information of support numbers for both technical and sales related issues. Please make sure to keep your email address at hand when you call

In case you opt for email support, click on Email Support. Thereafter, you have the opportunity to write a brief error description and send the email to Avira Support.
