If you wish to forward your outgoing Emails via AMES, please send a request to your Avira partner with the desired IP address you would like to be used for this purpose. Avira will subsequently activate the service. The selected IP address will be displayed afterwards in the forwarding tab of the interface.
The daily number of outgoing Emails is limited. The amount results from the total number of licensed users x 50 messages, with a minimum of 1000 messages. The counter for forwarded messages will be reset daily at 00:00 o’clock.
