Any time AMES is not able to deliver Emails to your server because your mail server is unreachable, we queue your Emails for up to 7 days.
We will attempt to deliver the Emails according to a predetermined schedule:
You are able to view how many Emails are in the "retry queue" by logging in to AMES as a domain administrator. Once you are logged in, go to your domain tab and look at the "Domain Queue" section.
There you also have the option to override the retry schedule by pressing the Send queued items button.
