Avira Management Console cannot connect to Server

Please, make sure that all AMC services are running on the Server, no firewall is active and the network is enabled on the Server.

In case the Server has several network cards, please, type the command netstat -an in the command line, to check the IP address on which the ports 7000 and 7001 are open. Use this address in the Network computer field, when you log in to AMC.
