Triple AcceSSS IT the new sales partner for Avira in Switzerland

With immediate effect the Value Added IT-Distribution Company will distribute the security solutions of the German anti-virus experts Avira
Tettnang, 16 September 2008 – Avira has signed Triple AcceSSS IT Distribution as the new distribution partner for Switzerland. The German producer of anti-virus software for private and business is reacting to market demand and the special requirements of the Swiss market. Rainer Witzgall, the Executive Vice President of Avira, says: "In order to achieve our goals in Switzerland we have decided to partner with a local distributor in Switzerland. Triple AcceSSS IT is well established and will act as an extension of Avira. In the medium term we are planning on opening an office in Switzerland corresponding to Avira strategy".
Avira is growing on an international basis and using a local distribution partner will advance market penetration in Switzerland. The focus will be on small and medium sized companies such as banks and insurance companies. With Triple AcceSSS IT, Avira has obtained a local contact point for companies in the Alpine country. This will provide customers shorter contact channels and direct communication. Rainer Witzgall adds: "Our excellent on-site support will be now be available in Switzerland. With respect to the competent support in the IT security sector, our resellers, internal sales teams and regional sales manager for Switzerland Guido Wilfer will benefit from having a local support partner".
