Trainer (m/f) Partner Academy

As a Trainer of the partner academy your responsibility is to make sure that our sales teams and channel partners know all sales and technical aspects of the Avira product range in detail. Your main goal is to explain complex technical topics as well as sales relevant information to channel partners and Avira employees in a clear and concise format.

Our challenges:

  • Assist the global sales team in closing more sales by demonstrating and teaching the technical details of the Avira product range to the channel partners
  • Help sales to sell more and increase the company revenue by providing live webinars, technical product presentations, demos, video clips, …
  • Address of questions and requirements in a quality driven, comprehensive manner to ensure the channel partner satisfaction
  • Offering internal and external trainings for the global sales team and channel partners
  • Give regular sales and technical presentations for channel partners and the sales team including handouts, slides, videos
  • Control and evaluate training projects for the partner academy
  • Preparation and administration of sales and technical product presentations, demos and video clips
  • Close collaboration with the sales engineers and the global sales teams regarding planned channel partner workshops, roadshows, special training sessions etc.

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Experience in technical pre-sales assistance
  • Experience in supporting channel partners
  • Excellent presentation skills – ability to prepare and deliver an effective sales presentation or a technical presentation for IT management audience
  • Very good knowledge of the German and English language (spoken and written)
  • Further language knowledge will be an advantage
  • High customer, partner and result orientation
  • Intercultural competence
  • Responsible, flexible, communicative and service-oriented
  • High degree of commitment, good team spirit and confident manner
  • Willingness to travel in support of channel partner trainings or international conferences
  • Ability to motivate, teach and inspire colleagues and channel partners
