Our challenges:

You will be responsible for the introduction and improvement of web- and business relevant projects:

• You will be the interface between marketing, support, development, finance, legal and sales. The collection and presenting of information and data from these departments will be part of your key task.
• Create requirements and specifications of projects together with the beneficiaries.
• Analyze the information and data you have collected in relation to the proposed developments.
• Organize project meetings.
• Take a leading role in creating project plans and ensure project milestones are met.
• You will be in charge of testing the project deliverable before it is handed over.
• Organizing internal seminars and workshops.
• You will be in charge of creating project documentation.

Your profile:

• Analytical power as well as conceptional and organizational skills
• Advanced knowledge in managing IT projects
• Fluent in German and English
• Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint
• Readiness for action, can work under pressure and dedication
• Self motivated
• Good communication skills

Desirable additional skills:

• Knowledge in IT-Security and Software
• Technical knowledge in Web applications with database connections
• Experience with implementing document management and human resource systems
