HR Manager (m/f) International Affairs

Our challenges:

Your primary responsibilities will be to structure international employment agreements and conditions to comply with labour law and to:

  • Prepare and develop adapted regulations and provisions for each region.
  • Develop company policies.
  • Assist in implementing individual country strategies.
  • Serve as point of contact for all labour law, social security and wage tax issues (e.g. inbound and outbound secondment) at German headquarters and international locations.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory provisions.
  • Implement, assist in and optimise hiring and exit processes.
  • Select and define recruiting channels and events in close co-operation with the contact partners at each foreign subsidiary.
  • Co-operate with divisions on all HR matters.
  • Oversee general daily HR operations.
  • Assume responsibility for or assist in special HR projects.

Your qualifications:

  • Degree in legal or business studies
  • Several years' experience in secondment
  • International background
  • Familiarity with current HR compensation and benefits tools
  • Project management experience
  • Analytical, proactive and solution-oriented approach to work

  • Confident command of German and English (spoken and written)

Desirable additional skills:

  • Several years' relevant experience is a plus, preferably in the IT or service sector
