HR Manager (m/f) International Affairs
Our challenges:
Your primary responsibilities will be to structure international employment agreements and conditions to comply with labour law and to:
- Prepare and develop adapted regulations and provisions for each region.
- Develop company policies.
- Assist in implementing individual country strategies.
- Serve as point of contact for all labour law, social security and wage tax issues (e.g. inbound and outbound secondment) at German headquarters and international locations.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory provisions.
- Implement, assist in and optimise hiring and exit processes.
- Select and define recruiting channels and events in close co-operation with the contact partners at each foreign subsidiary.
- Co-operate with divisions on all HR matters.
- Oversee general daily HR operations.
- Assume responsibility for or assist in special HR projects.
Your qualifications:
- Degree in legal or business studies
- Several years' experience in secondment
- International background
- Familiarity with current HR compensation and benefits tools
- Project management experience
- Analytical, proactive and solution-oriented approach to work
- Holistic and service oriented approach
- Flexibility and resilience
- Motivated and decisive
- Communicative
- Intercultural competence
- Team oriented at all levels
- Confident command of German and English (spoken and written)
Desirable additional skills:
- Several years' relevant experience is a plus, preferably in the IT or service sector
