Employee (m/f) Technical Support Service (Corporate)

Our challenges:

  • You are responsible for technical consulting and support of our customers by e-mail and telephone.
  • You offer technical know-how and sensitivity in order to solve demanding support queries.
  • You are an attentive contact person who possesses empathy and understanding and offers comprehensive and competent assistance on all issues.
  • You attend customer appointments onsite and represent Avira at trade fairs or other events.

Your qualifications:

  • Completed training as an IT specialist or similar training
  • Experience in server operating systems and networks
  • Experience in dealing with customers both by e-mail and telephone
  • Distinct customer and service orientation
  • Ability to react quickly to changing requirements
  • Very good command of German and English (written and spoken)
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Windows operating system
  • Analytical prowess
  • Ability to act independently and good communications skills
  • Ability to work in a team, flexibility and resilience
  • Willingness to travel within Germany, Austria and Switzerland

Desirable additional skills:

  • Other languages (e.g. Spanish, French)
  • Experience in dealing with a help desk system
  • Experience in the IT security environment
